At Nile Stock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Nile Stock account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
